1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to your use of getnullsignal.com and to any purchase of NullSignal products. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Products

NullSignal Faraday signal-blocking pouches are sold as consumer privacy and signal-shielding accessories. They block the wireless signals (WiFi, GPS, cellular / 5G, Bluetooth and RFID/NFC) of devices sealed inside them while the flap is closed. Performance depends on correct use; please follow the instructions supplied with the product.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes a further 5–12 business days with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

NullSignal products are designed to help reduce your wireless signal exposure by blocking the radios of devices sealed inside the pouch. They are a privacy accessory, not a security guarantee, and are not a replacement for insurance, professional equipment or emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, LBV VENTURES’ liability for any claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product is limited to the purchase price paid for it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on getnullsignal.com — text, images, branding and design — belongs to LBV VENTURES and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
