Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. A confirmation email with your order details is sent right after purchase.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–12 business days (Monday–Friday) with tracking. Busy periods and customs checks can extend that estimate.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free in the United States on every order.

Late or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, email info.nullsignal@gmail.com with your order number. We investigate straight away and will either reship your order or refund it in full.

Packages That Arrive Damaged

If your order shows up damaged, photograph it and contact info.nullsignal@gmail.com within 48 hours. We send a replacement at no extra cost.
